The culture within the company is important for promoting good working conditions and makes progress of work with ease and effectiveness. This is basically done for engaging the employees and ensure innovation within the workplace (Bui, 2014). Leadership is an important aspect for promoting a good culture as well as encourages the employees at various levels of supply chains to improve the corporate governance and ensure satisfaction of customers (Leroy, Palanski Simons, 2012). The ranking is done on the task readiness by encouraging diversity within the workplace and manage the processes and people properly to enhance their s kills, knowledge and expertise level. Based on the case study, the most effective style of leadership is the authentic leadership style that has promoted good organizational values, strengths and developed good attitudes and behaviors among the individuals to make them aware of their skills and allow them to perform to their potential. The people processes are managed by including the planning for achievements and connect their roles and responsibilities with the vision and strategy of Lion. The development of reviews has acted as a self assessment technique for the development of a plan to support the goals and objec tives with ease. The review of remuneration could help in reviewing the wages paid to the employees and ensure that the employees are paid well (Rego et al., 2012).
